Job Summary: Looking for a motivated, highly organized Production Manager to join our team. Our company needs someone to create effective policies and procedures to ensure our manufacturing department operates at peak efficiency. We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager who doesn’t mind putting in long hours and working with employees to constantly improve our output. We’ll offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary to the right candidate.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
  • Oversee a workforce of 30+ employees in the manufacturing department
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
  • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
  • Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
  • Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management

Skills & Qualifications:

Job Summary: As a Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for all on and off premise sales aspects, distributor management, sales meetings, new item presentations, brand kickoffs, pricing and promotions, and budget management. They will be traveling 50%+ of the time to develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts and future networks of all tiers.

Distribution Network Development and Management:

  • Evaluation and development of the network of distributors across the country in coherence with existing sales channels and the company's strategies
  • Definition and implementation of special programs and a calendar of activities in partnership with distributors (ride-withs, events, key account visits, sales incentives, etc.)
  • Execute sales and marketing activities in line with agreed Business Plan, and continuously work with distributors to continue building brands’ presence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both distributors and key customers
  • Distributor market "ride-withs" to ensure sales execution, pricing integrity, and brand building initiatives are implemented alongside distributor sales staff and ability to work independently to develop the relationship with existing accounts as well as open new accounts
  • Coach distributor sales members to educate them on our brand, brand activation initiatives/incentives and execution standards
  • Identify and actively exploit new business opportunities in terms of new distribution and new routes to market
  • Effectively train, support and motivate sales teams (tastings, staff training, etc.)

Brand Management:

  • Coordinate promotional actions for on and off trade markets and ensure coherence with the marketing strategy
  • Manage new product development in the US
  • Suggest and build promotional and incentive programs
  • Suggest marketing tools, identify and network with key market influencers
  • Ensure the branding development and awareness

Business Analysis, Planning and Performance:

  • Act as a market level expert: manage, monitor and report performance and market trends
  • Suggest strategy adaptation to the team if/when necessary and recommend new product development or product adaptation to meet domestic demand needs
  • Manage promotional budget

DESIRED PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Experience in the wine/spirit industry is mandatory (ideally at least 3 years)
  • Knowledge of and experience leading and selling wines/spirits at both the wholesale and retail level
  • Exceptional sales techniques with excellent organizational, interpersonal and sales-related skills, ability to build long term relationships with clients thanks to good communication
  • Proven track record of brand building with client management/follow up skills
  • Accountability and trust, ability to also work independently in a productive way

Job description: The Control State Regional Manager, is charged with managing the sales and promotions of Blue Marble Cocktails within their territory as well as the training and development of any direct reports. The candidate must be well organized and stay focused on the priorities set by corporate offices, yet creative enough to develop local market programs that take advantage of market opportunities. The candidate needs to be an effective team leader, as well as a great overall business manager with our distributors/brokers. This position will be filled by a candidate living in a control state (Dallas, TX or Columbus, OH).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    Lead and Oversee Team and Deliver on Objectives
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with management to oversee and ensure progress on delivering program priorities
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competition by regularly surveying accounts and reviewing market data
  • Review all market plans developed by direct reports to ensure they follow all national objectives
    Distributor Relationship Management
  • Attend distributor/broker review sessions, as needed, to ensure the distributor/broker is working towards our goals
  • Achieve assigned sales, distribution and merchandising goals for Blue Marble Cocktails
  • Ensure that distributors/brokers market Blue Marble Cocktails in a competitive manner
  • Maintain a close working relationship with Sr. Distributor Managers/Brokers
  • Survey accounts with key distributor/broker personnel on an ongoing basis
    Training & Development of Sales Team
  • Work with direct reports regularly to understand individual development needs and coach accordingly
  • Work regularly with each direct report and identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Invite developmental staff members to join in meetings other than their immediate responsibility to help them learn
    Budgets & Administration
  • Complete monthly market reports and calendars on a timely basis
  • Complete expense reports on a timely basis

Other Duties/Special Projects
From time to time you will be expected to create, manage and/or participate in a company organized special event or promotion. This may include time during a weekend or holiday and may also include travel away from home

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge and experience in the beverage alcohol industry and NABCA
  • Proven success in training, developing, leading and motivating sales teams
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working within Control States or other large control market
  • Innovative and creative in approaching distributors/brokers and expanding business
  • Key account management experience required
  • Creative presentation/public speaking and premium selling skills are a must
  • Knowledge of the federal, state and local laws and regulations governing your activity
  • Well-developed influence and negotiation skills; persistent and persuasive
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Professional demeanor in working with coworkers, distributors/brokers, retail representatives and consumers
  • Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel and transport promotional merchandise between accounts within assigned territory

Job description: The National Account Manager is responsible for promotions, sales, pricing, and service of products and implementing National account strategies and plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all assigned sales and profitability goals for national and regional accounts
  • Provide timely market information to management team regarding pricing, merchandising, and market trends
  • Monitor field implementation and execution of national and regional programs to ensure: accurate product pricing, effective discount management, and management of program deadlines
  • Coordinate and monitor ads, in-store features, and activities
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability, replenishment, and distribution and conduct spot checks on inventory and monthly pricing report
  • Track sales dollars and cases on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Identify short and long account opportunities and create plans to leverage products and relationships
  • Coordinate chain sales calls, vendor meetings, and vendor visits
  • Partner with suppliers to identify and prospect chain account opportunities
  • Assist in monitoring the impact and effectiveness of programs currently in place
  • Provide monthly reports to chain account leadership
  • Attend chain account promotions and events
  • May manage a team of Chain Specialists; defines expectations, monitors progress, and counsels if expectations are not met
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must possess a valid driver license and secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws
  • Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
  • Extensive travel (50%) by automobile from time to time may involve driving distances could extend 100 miles
  • Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Off-Premise field experience selling alcoholic beverages
  • Must understand syndicated data and implementation strategies
  • Must be able to build solid relationships with Suppliers, Sales Departments, Warehouse Managers, Delivery Mangers, Sales Reps and Merchandisers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of products
  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications, for example, word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email and specialized business applications software
  • Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all level of management
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and relevant stakeholders
  • Knowledge of applicable state regulations and adult beverage market dynamics
  • Must require little direction or supervision; goal-oriented, focused, and assertive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities on tight deadlines and maintain high level of quality output
  • Strong analytical, leadership and verbal/written communication skills

We are looking for an energetic, savvy and resourceful experience manager to oversee and maintain the office (or as well as furthering Blue Marble Cocktails/Productions all-around awesomeness as a place to work by enhancing and driving our unique culture. In this position, you will be tasked with additional responsibilities and projects to keep Blue Marble humming and running without a hitch. The ideal candidate possesses a "no task too small, no task too big" attitude and is kind, detail-oriented, passionate about People Operations and excited to contribute to and foster our ultra-premium culture. What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to and manage a thoughtful experience strategy, including VIP visits – maintain marketing assets, and give-aways to VIP’s aka swag bags, so each person leaves with a lasting impression of how awesome we are
  • Create a welcoming and memorable first and last impression for anyone passing through or calling into our "castle"
  • Constantly improve our processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Make working at Blue Marble an awesome experience for every member of the team
  • Manage office utilities, security, vendors, service providers and relationship with landlord and manage office supplies and inventory, as needed
  • Ensure that conference room calendar is up to date, fridge is filled with water, and rooms are cleaned between big meetings
  • Manage and distribute incoming packages and mail, and keep space tidy and cardboard-free
  • Ensure the office is kept clean, tidy and presentable and is operating smoothly

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience as an office manager, executive and/or administrative assistant and/or in a People, HR or Recruiting role
  • Demonstrated success in a fast paced environment with an exceptional ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail and solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically capable of some heavy lifting and shifting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing
