Job Summary: Works in transportation or warehousing of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

Job Duties:

  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
  • Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
  • Receives products and coordinates delivery
  • Prepares loads for shipment
  • Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
  • Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
  • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
  • Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

Job Summary: Looking for a motivated, highly organized Production Manager to join our team. Our company needs someone to create effective policies and procedures to ensure our manufacturing department operates at peak efficiency. We're looking for an experienced Production Manager who doesn't mind putting in long hours and working with employees to constantly improve our output. We'll offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary to the right candidate

Job Duties:

  • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
  • Oversee a workforce of 30+ employees in the manufacturing department
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
  • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
  • Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
  • Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
  • Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
  • Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in manufacturing operations
  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
  • SAP Experience Preferred
  • Food and Beverage Industry Experience Strongly Preferred

Job Summary: Our company is in search of a self-directed and experienced Controller to oversee all financial, accounting and human resources activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Key areas within the human resources department will also be managed by the Controller, including policy and procedure compliance and ongoing maintenance of HR practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy work place, and is well-versed in working closely with senior management.

Job Duties:

  • Participate in the development of and support the company's strategic plans
  • Monitor the financial performance of the company
  • Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
  • Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
  • Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures
  • Communicate financial metrics to senior management
  • Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
  • Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel
  • Keep up-to-date on current HR trends

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Accounting designation (CMA, CGA or CA), or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role with at least 2 years' experience in human resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work closely with a senior management team
  • SAP Experience Preferred
